Things went a little bit upside down for this driver in Spartanburg County, SC. Luckily for them State Farm was like a good neighbor, reimbursing the responding fire districts for their costs. Community taxes ensure that everyone has access to emergency services; but unless we want to pay more taxes, individual users need to reimburse the community for using community resources.
