In today’s Movements of Life, we bring you a simple exercise that is very important to implement in your daily routine! The active straight leg lift focuses on the strength to lift our leg. Remember to first squeeze your quad before lifting your leg and drive your back into the floor to engage the core. This exercise engages our hip flexors and our quads.
