Pete Kegsbreath talks about “lethality” every chance he gets. So when I saw him training with soldiers at Guantánamo, I expected something impressive. Instead, I saw form that would get corrected in the first five minutes at most gyms. For a guy whose entire brand is warrior culture and tough guy energy, the soldiers looked combat ready. Pete looked like he was trying to survive leg day. I’ve seen plenty of women with better technique, better conditioning, and a whole lot more smoke.
