Locus Design survived Take Your Kids to Work Day!!
This fun group of kids did a scavenger hunt, made Lego creations, filmed a movie and definitely didn’t keep the rest of us from getting our work done!

The mountain-inspired logo became the central design influence for our client’s new office space. It was reflected in the earthy palette, organic shapes and textures, and calming aesthetic. To bring it all together, we focused on biophilic design and added custom living plant walls that bring the outdoors in — energizing the atmosphere while improving air quality and well-being. We are excited to celebrate one year with this guy on Team! Meet Michel Uribe who hails from Columbia by way of Spain. After studying Interior Design at the School of Design in Madrid, Michel spent many years designing hotels, airports and restaurants before joining us here at Locus. He enjoys the small details of the construction process. When he’s not designing, he is traveling and enjoying food with his wife and two young children. Happy to have you on board, Michel!

The new owners of 30 East Elm, an old colonial in a prime Greenwich location, came to us to help transform the building -with many old historic details- to a modern and fresh office space. The results….remarkable!! Swipe through to see the “before” for each of these incredible spaces!
