Choose your words wisely. We can create any storyline - who will you hand the pen off to? Your anxiety/fear? Should they be at the helm?

It’s easy to allow the negative thoughts to run wild and get carried away however when we indulge in voicing these sentiments out loud and give substance to them we start to unknowingly put ourselves in a negative energy flow/pattern and quite possibly can begin to wreck havoc on our physical state.

The word is the first act and explosion of energy from the inner thought of creation. Your words carry the weight of being the initial movement of the energy of creation taking it one step closer to realty. The outcome no matter how long it takes to get there was initially set into motion, into a substance, into the outer world/realm (outside of your mind) with that word being at the foundation.

That is incredibly powerful.
