The Load-Bearing Institute is not a launch.
It is a phased build of an evidence layer.
LogicalFlo Holdings Corp is building receipts-based infrastructure for workforce evidence, human contribution records, and decision custody. That means the work is designed around one operating discipline:
evidence before claims.
The Load-Bearing Institute is our active architectural build, anchored in Middletown, Connecticut. Greenhouse 1 is planned as the first controlled-environment testbed where biological data, operational procedures, and human contribution records can intersect.
The first evidence layer will be generated before any production, employment, or outcome claim is made.
That sequence is intentional.
The lineage behind this work began in 2019 with Lattice 1.0, a hiring-compliance and employment decision-custody system built on IBM Hyperledger. That system was designed to preserve auditable records of workforce decisions before the current AI governance landscape made this issue visible at scale.
Today, the same discipline carries forward:
Who decided what?
On what basis?
With what safeguards?
What contribution was made?
Was it documented in a way that preserves dignity?
The Load-Bearing Institute also operates in a policy environment adjacent to Connecticut priorities including urban agriculture, food equity, and Competitive Integrated Employment.
To be clear:
No Connecticut funding, endorsement, selection, or approval is implied or claimed.
LBI is exploring design elements consistent with Competitive Integrated Employment principles, but CIE compliance, employer status, and employment outcomes are not claimed.
The receipts that would authorize those claims do not yet exist.
They will not be claimed until they do.
Human Capacity Receipts are central to this architecture. They are designed as opt-in, dignity-first evidence records that verify task contribution within scope and acceptance.
They are not surveillance records.
Sensors track the plant environment, not the human.
The receipt evidences what a person did, not what they overcame.
That distinction is not branding.
It is governance.
LogicalFlo’s operating posture remains:

Why We Build for Seven Generations, Not Seven Days
At LogicalFlo, we often talk about infrastructure.
Most people think that means servers, fiber-optic cables, cloud systems, or code.
But if you have followed our journey from Middletown to the broader LAT Universe, you know we see it differently.
Real infrastructure is also the human carrier.
It is the grandmother passing down a recipe that survives migration, pressure, and time.
It is the father teaching his son the feel of a machine that no manual can fully capture.
It is the mother managing a household budget, a care schedule, a work shift, and a future — all before the world calls it “operations.”
