Shutting down .Starting a new venture as age has caught up with me.

I am in the process of starting a new venture after 30 years of Residential and Commercial building.It still is in the same field.As a builder I have built homes in the range of $200,000 to 20 million.Thank you Jack..I worked side by side with my guys when I get any free time. I always tell people going into business for theirselves you employee respect you to another level when you work harder and smarter alongside of them.My new Venture is to help the Home Owners and New Home builders and people remodeling not get ripped off.Make sure contractors are legitimate and are insured LLC Just don't come in and talk their self into someones hard earned money.Before they ask for money me and the contractor and owner will make sure they have finish their work and is inspected.Also that it is done with the quality that I put forth in my 30+ years also done the proper way .This is a Contractors number 1 way to get your money.Make sure subcontractors don't get flip flopped on money issues and their work if they are getting draws.In my 30 years I have seen subcontractors tell the best lies and scam people out of their hard earned money they saved to build their dream home.I wasn't in business to make friends.I wasn't there to steal from people.Seeing this made me think about not a business but helping homeowners not get scammed .I really got tired of subcontractors trying to steal from people.Thats how I look at it.I don't want be their Superintendent but be there for the times where I know things are not feeling right to the. New Home Builder.
