Family has always been at the heart of our agency.

Founded in 1962 by Donald Brush, our agency was built on a foundation of trust, service, and dedication to our community. As the agency grew, Donald's daughter, Nancy, joined the team, followed by his son, David, helping continue the family tradition of serving our clients with care and professionalism.

Today, we are excited to welcome another member of the Brush family to our team—Erica Jennewine (Brush)! Erica brings more than 20 years of insurance experience and a wealth of knowledge that will further strengthen our commitment to our clients.

For more than six decades, our agency has been about family—both the family who works here and the families we have the privilege of protecting. We are proud to continue that legacy and look forward to the future together.

This past Saturday, the team at Apple Valley Insurance had the privilege of volunteering alongside Friends Helping Friends RI to serve members of our community experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Together, we helped distribute meals, hygiene products, snacks, and care bags to those in need. With beautiful weather and even more beautiful people, it was truly a meaningful day filled with compassion, connection, and community.

We want to give a special thank you to Lew Pryeor and Pierre, the heart and soul of Friends Helping Friends RI. Their dedication, kindness, and tireless efforts to help others every single day are truly inspiring. Seeing the impact they make firsthand was humbling, and we are grateful to have been a small part of their mission.
