Congratulations to the newest graduating class of Table 301 University’s Introductory Wine Course! 🍷 Seventeen of twenty three candidates successfully completed the course, a truly impressive achievement.

Offered twice each year to Table 301 associates, this intensive two day program is modeled after the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory curriculum and culminates in a comprehensive exam requiring a minimum passing score of 70 percent, followed by the Table 301 Pin Ceremony.

To date, 112 associates have participated, with 42 earning certification. At Table 301, education is empowerment, strengthening our teams, deepening knowledge, and elevating the guest experience across our entire hospitality group.
