Coach Leo is very attentive to making sure the client uses proper form to protect against injuries and to get maximum results. 😁💪🏻
Old school T Bar rows using drop sets.
Goal is to get to 100 reps in under 5 sets as a way to change things up. The pump in my whole body is insane. I use a moderate weight with a small decrease in the drop set. This way it forces you to really focus on form. I also had to keep it quiet as I didn’t want to disturb Leo. 😜💪🏻
