THE RODEO IS COMING TO TOWN!! đ¤ đđ
April 24th and 25th, 2026
8:00 p.m. Nightly
The Greene County Livestock Association has been around for 50 years. We have been an organization that has brought rodeo to our county for all of these years. We sponsor Jr. Rodeos, 4-H calf shows, 4-H horse camps, FFA projects, and many projects concerning agriculture and youth. All of these programs help children learn responsibility, sportsmanship, to be team members, gather knowledge, and develop a love and respect for animals and agriculture related adventures.
Greene County 4-H Club is a Pro Rodeo co-sponsor and they work each year to sell ads for the program, organize and man the concession stand, ticket gate, parking, and clean up each night at the end of the rodeo. The Livestock Association enjoys being able to help offset the cost of some of their activities.
Through our Pro Rodeo, over the years we have donated money to the Relay For Life, Greene County 4-H, Greene County FFA, Greensboro Fire Department, JROTC and Circle of Love. We also donate to MCG Cystic Fibrosis Clinic Foundation in honor of Hoyt Sapp, son of Peyton Sapp former Ag Agent in Greene County. You can read Holtâs story at www.milesforcysticfibrosis.org/Augusta. Also to SE Brain Tumor in honor of one of our members' sons.
