Coach B’s son, Gabriel, the mighty little swimmer had a big swim year! It’s been a crazy ride 🙂

He is training to chase National Age Group Records(NAGs). Those are the fastest time EVER swam by someone in that gender/age in USA Swimming.

🏆🥇2024-25 FAST SEASON AWARDS🥇🏆 It has been an AMAZING YEAR in my first full swim season with @fasttigers 🐯 🆙 I came in with big goals 📈 after becoming a CHAMPION 🤯 during my 8️⃣yr old season. This year I worked 💪 my way up the rankings to become the #☝️ 9️⃣yr old in @usaswimming and TOP 5 ALL-TIME in IMX scores for a 9yr old 😮 I claimed a few HIGH POINT awards 🏅 found some amazing new races with many talented racers 🏊‍♂️ and started working my way up the TOP 💯 ALL-TIME lists this season! It is fun to win, but it is even more fun to hangout with my best friends 🤜🤛 and to be in my happy place 🏝️ I’ve got some CRAZY 😝 BIG GOALS for year 🔟 where I’ve got my sights 👀 on a few NAGs. As the GOAT 🐐 @m_phelps00 said “You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the further you get!” Thanks for following and suppprting my journey 🆒

The body follows where the mind is focused…

It’s no secret that Coach B’s 9yr old, Gabriel, is currently all things swim. He reads about swim, he watches videos on YouTube about swim, he wants swim gifts and training tools, and he loves his time in the pool.

He recently has asked to start decorating his room in swim. He has swim themed bedding, swim themed posters, and his collection of swim caps up. He also has a copy of his swim goals next to his bed along with cards of his swim heroes and teammates.

This is a perfect example of priming your mind to take your body where you want to go!
