Experienced Tree Climber / Arborist – Top Pay for Skilled Crew Members

We are hiring a skilled tree climber with real production experience—this is not a ground labor position.

If you can safely and efficiently climb, rig, and remove trees without constant direction, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Technical tree climbing (SRT/DRT)
- Complex rigging and removals
- Pruning to ANSI standards
- Working with bucket trucks, cranes, and modern equipment (when applicable)
- Leading or assisting a crew on job sites

What We’re Looking For

- Proven climbing experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong rigging knowledge (this is a must)
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- ISA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
