This year’s submissions were nothing short of inspiring. We received many heartfelt stories and creative entries that showcased the compassion, dedication, resilience, and impact our Home and Community Support Professionals bring to the individuals they support every day.

Selecting winners was incredibly difficult. While we were only able to choose one winner from each HCSP category, every submission reflected the values and commitment that make Life Choice such a special organization.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share your experiences, challenges, victories, and the reasons this work is meaningful to you. Your stories reminded us that the true reward of this profession is the difference you make in the lives of others.
