Gather your family and join us tomorrow for an evening of FREE summer fun at the Community Action Family Center!

Whether you have toddlers, school-age children, teens, or you're a grandparent, aunt, uncle, or caregiver, there will be activities for everyone to enjoy together! Spend quality time making memories while exploring camp-inspired fun, games, and hands-on activities.

On Thursday, July 16th at 2:30 PM! Join us as Alvin Nguyen, Education and Outreach Coordinator from MHFC, offers this Know Your Rights training about federal and state fair housing laws and individuals' rights. The session will cover protected classes, forms of discrimination, and how to request a reasonable accommodation or modification based on one's needs. This presentation is not legal advice but legal information.

Family Empowerment is hosting a de-escalation workshop for caregivers with Brennan Roy, the founder of Crisis Prevention Solutions, this coming Thursday.

This workshop will focus on de-escalating behaviors and preventing crises. The information is catered toward caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with disabilities that struggle
with dysregulation and challenging behaviors.
