Choose better food when possible. Filter your water if you can. Get outside. Move your body. Support your minerals. Sleep. Manage stress. Laugh more. Build resilience instead of living in fear.
Health isn't created by eliminating every single thing. It's created by what you do consistently, day after day.
Perfection is a moving target. Progress is what matters.
Pick your battles wisely... and don't forget to actually enjoy your life while you're living it. 🌱✨

🤔 What if I told you...
The nutrition advice many of us grew up with wasn't handed down from the mountain on stone tablets. It was built on evolving science, politics, industry influence, assumptions, and decades of debate. 💥
For years we were told to fear butter, eggs, red meat, and animal fat while filling our carts with low fat cookies, margarine, breakfast cereals, and processed "heart healthy" foods.💥
Now we're watching rates of obesity, diabetes, fatty liver disease, autoimmune conditions, and metabolic dysfunction climb higher than ever.💥
Maybe the question isn't whether one man was right or wrong.
Maybe the question is...💥
How did we become so disconnected from the foods humans thrived on for generations?💥
Meat. Eggs. Butter. Broth. Organs. Fermented foods. Food that came from farms, not factories.💥
Call me feral if you want... but I'll trust a steak, a dozen eggs, and a jar of sauerkraut long before I trust a box covered in health claims.💥
The further we drift from nature, the sicker we seem to become.
