Come hang out with us on the Panther Bus on Tuesday, June 16th! 🤩🚍Ms. Crymes will be there from 9:00-10:30 and Mr. Darling will be there from 10:30-12:00. Mrs. White may make an appearance as well! Come play some games with us and stock up on essentials for the summer.

Today marked the last day of school at Wooster Elementary, and it was definitely a bittersweet day. ☀️🎉

This morning, we welcomed students off the buses and out of the cars for one final day together for the 2025-2026 school year. 🚍🚘

Throughout the day, students enjoyed time with their friends, helped prepare classrooms and hallways for summer, shared lots of smiles and memories, and said their final goodbyes to their teachers. 💙

As we close another amazing school year, we want to say THANK YOU to all of our teachers and staff for the love, dedication, and hard work you pour into our students every single day. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we are so grateful for each of you.

Dear Parents,

This past week, Wooster Elementary welcomed local Greenbrier author Cathy Cooper Davis for a special visit with K-2 students! The students enjoyed hearing her book, Pearl Shares Her Sparkle, and learned valuable lessons about kindness, friendship, and using their unique gifts to help others shine.

On Monday and Tuesday, our fourth and fifth grade students enjoyed exciting events, concession time, and lots of fun memories with classmates and friends. From racing and cheering to encouraging one another, the days were filled with teamwork, laughter, and friendly competition. With beautiful weather and great energy throughout, it was a fantastic experience for everyone involved.

Also, we held K-2 and 3-5 Awards Assemblies to recognize students for achievements in academics, keyboarding, integrity, and perfect attendance. We also celebrated our Character Kids for the final two months of the school year. April students were recognized for Courage, while May students were recognized for Creativity. Congratulations to all of our award recipients! We are proud of your hard work, character, and accomplishments.

Last but certainly not least, we celebrated Grandparents Day with a wonderful turnout from families and special guests. Students enjoyed spending time with their grandparents while visiting the Book Fair, supporting Destination Imagination Global Bound teams, shopping at the Wooster Panther Store, sharing lunch, and taking photos around the school. Guests also enjoyed a meal from Ol’ Bart Southern Eats. Thank you to our PTO, teachers, staff, ambassadors, and honor guard members for helping make the day so welcoming and memorable for our families.

This week, our first grade students have their play on Monday, our Kindergarteners have a celebration on Tuesday, and we have the K-2 and 3-5 Talents Shows on Wednesday as well as the Splash Bash!
