Since this is the page for Master Shane, let us post pictures of him.

There are things to be aware and careful since things can be faked.

How do you know that what you think is real is real?

How do you know that what you think is true is true?

We have to find ourselves in life.

And I am well aware of others distaste for that wording.

Embrace your healing journey and take care of your triggers.

Sharing and teaching those that are truly seeking and willing to receive inside themselves.

Take up your meditation and spiritual practice, make it yours as you are you. At one point, you have to find yourself.

It is nice to join groups and organizations, but who are you?

Not saying to avoid but that you need to be strong inside yourself.

There are things that I have learned in my experience, such as there are many traps in life and that we have been lied to our whole life. Not saying anything bad as most people have done their best to this point with what they have had. Everyone and everything are your teachers. Do not forget that, let others be themselves while you be you inside yourself.

Embrace your healing journey. Never stop learning and growing.

If you go out in nature, you will see things decaying, resting, getting ready to grow and/or growing.

"Running water never grows stale. So, you just have to keep flowing."

And you are that water. Water holds memory and vibration. Meaning that you are that vessel.

So, what are you holding?

So here I am,

with a check-in about 3 years ago today.

I have a story to tell, so here goes.

Sharing a little by little and it has to be in a way that you may not be used to.

It is almost like what helped me get in some of the best shape of my life, a lot of muscle confusion. In a good way of course.

Intention is very important in life and that is what this is about.

I say of course because that is my intention. Not everyone will have that sort of intention behind what they are doing.

There are many things that I have learned throughout the years with my personal experience. I went to school for a while but had to pave my own way in life.

In reality, you can learn from anyone, so the question is what are you learning or are you too caught up in judgement that you are stuck and lost without realizing?

In a way I have to shake you to your core because how else will you awaken inside yourself?

But not too much that you never ground.

Many people will try to copy me without realizing.

And my thing is to do no harm and so there is a part where things have to be protected.

Why do you think wisdom has been hidden in a lot of ways throughout history.

Knowledge has gotten in the wrong hands in expense so that it can get in the right hands.

So, let's get it in the right hands, minds and hearts.

I like check-ins and keeping your own records. In the old world, you had to keep your own records and then every month or so, you would cross reference them with others to resolve any differences.

Learning to read and write is very powerful. It is well worth the resistance that one has to work through. Never give up, see the possibilities and focus on what you can do rather than what you think that you cannot.
