RCLS Construction L.L.C. is a smaller local residential remodeling construction company established since 2008 is looking for seasonal skilled-laborers. But may keep on as full time employment with individuals that show potential with skill sets, team work, and that is an all around good fit for our business expectations. Residential remodeling is the top of the residential construction field as you need to be versatile in all aspects of the construction trades.

RCLS Construction L.L.C. Minimal requirements

*** 3 YEARS MINIMUM *** residential construction experience
Have your own transportation (will not allow depending on co-workers for transportation back and forth)
Able to work elevations of up to 40 ft. on pick planks and/or scaffolding
Some lifting exceeding 100 lbs. (Normally 50 lbs. or less)
Legal U.S. citizen or work Visa
18 - 50 years of age
MUST MAINTAIN ACCURATE PAPERWORK (Just as important as labor duties!)
MUST HAVE AT MINIMUM 4 of the job duty skills with a minimum of 3 years experience listed below

Skilled Labor Job Duties Include:

Framing - Rough and finish
Decks - Pressure treated decks, Composite decks, Aluminum railing
Siding - LP Smart siding (mostly used), vinyl, cedar, aluminum, fiber cement
Window / Door installations
Interior finish trim and door installation
Flooring - Tile, LVT, LVP, Hardwood, Carpet, Sheet vinyl
Cabinetry - Fabrication and installation
Painting/ Staining - Interior / exterior, HVLP spraying, knowledge of mixing ratios, etc.
Sheetrock / plastering - drywall/plasterboard, matching textures
Tile - Porcelain, Ceramic, Mosaics, Natural products for walk in shower walls, backsplashes, floors, etc.
Full kitchen and bath remodels - from start to finish

We have high expectations of our employees and pay based on skilled-labor talent with experience. $20.00/hr. starting pay, workman’s comp, unemployment, health/dental insurance is unavailable at this time. A thorough background screening check will be done. We do employee assessments quarterly for raises and/or bonuses.
