We hosted our annual Recognition Awards last month, and it was such a special event. It gave us the opportunity to bring the Curative community together to celebrate the achievements of our members and the partnerships we're so grateful for.

For many in the community, a ride is the difference between getting care or going without, showing up or staying home, staying connected or becoming isolated.

Every trip provides independence, connection, and access to people, the community, and medical care.

Curative Connections’ Specialized Transportation Services offer affordable transportation for older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities. At just $5 a ride, we are the most accessible option in Brown County.

However, affordability comes at a cost. Fuel costs have gone up nearly 68% percent since February. We’re currently facing a $50,000 shortfall as a result of these difficult economic conditions. Without closing this gap, we will be forced to limit rides, prioritizing only urgent medical trips and reducing access to everyday essentials like groceries, work, and social connection.
