I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately. 11 years in this industry, and this month marks exactly one year since I opened the doors to this studio.

​It’s been a whirlwind of a year—from the treatment room to the classroom—and I’ve been thinking about the best way to celebrate this milestone with all of you.
