Taking time to learn their perspective.

Recognizing a contribution that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Creating space for people to show up as themselves.

When people feel like their voice matters, connection grows naturally.

And when connection grows, communication, collaboration, and trust often follow.

What’s one thing a leader, coworker, or friend has done that helped you feel like you belonged?

💛 Before the night ends, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Father’s Day and reflect on the people who have helped shape who I am.

Today, I’m celebrating fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures whose love, guidance, and support have made a lasting impact.

I also know this day can be difficult for some. If you’re missing your dad or remembering a loved one today, you’re in my thoughts.
