Today on Through The Ropes Podcast the guys had an amazing chat with a friend and mentor Jake Deshner. Jake is a part owner in Fueled Supplements and manager of Total Nutrition and Tanning. Today we discussed overcome obstacles, adversities from our past, and creating a future for ourselves. We had so much fun just discussing positivity and creating a mindset and life that we didn’t even touch on bodybuilding or Jake’s businesses. Based on that we will definitely have our friend on again soon! Jake truly is such a humble, passionate, loving person it’s hard not to get lost in conversation with him. Travis began the Patriot Ruck last year to help raise funds for Big Sky Bravery - a non profit that focuses on active duty SOF. Travis did a 24 hour ruck challenge and pushed himself mentally and physically like no other. Today I had the privilege to go check out The Red Hawk Academy and got see a little of coach Tim Welch in his element. Hung out and watched some guys getting ready to debut run a bunch of rounds and caught up a little with Tommy Mcmillen and Jojo Griffen. I also got to meet that cool cat Schmitty Makin some coffee.
