Terrascapes is one of the largest landscape management companies headquartered in Great Falls, MT known for providing premium quality landscape management services. Terrascapes services a wide range of properties year-round including residences, condominium associations, commercial business, etc. We provide a full range of landscape services including maintenance, enhancement, irrigation services and snow and ice management. Terrascapes services Central Montana, with hopes of expanding soon. We are committed to customer satisfaction by providing meticulous, detailed services tailored specifically to our customers. Who You Are
You are an organized, motivated individual with high attention to detail who is looking for the opportunity to gain long-term employment with an established, growing company. What You Will Do
As a Shop Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our shop. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and servicing all shop equipment
- Ensuring that all equipment is always clean and in good working condition
- Communicating repairs and equipment concerns with the Operations Manager
- Picking up/delivering parts from vendors
- Delivering equipment or materials to crews
- Promoting safety awareness while in the shop
- Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary
Requirements
Prior experience working as a Shop Foreman, or Heavy Equipment Operator is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload. Throughout the growing season, work weeks are generally 35-50 hours per week. Smoking is not allowed in company vehicles or on company property. Other requirements include:
- CDL certification preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Active listening skills
- High attention to detail
- Performing well in high pressure situations
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and deliver results
- Adapting to a fluctuating schedule to meet the seasonal demands of our industry
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the day

What You Will Do
As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader, you will be responsible for completing various projects to improve the appeal and appearance of customer’s properties. These jobs include sod work, tree and plant removal/replacement, mulch installation, etc. Other responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with management and customers
- Notifying management of issues needing attention on customer properties
- Executing additional projects dependent upon customer’s wants/needs
- Tracking time and materials used on jobs and reporting to management for proper invoicing
Requirements
Prior experience working as a foreman, or crew leader is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload. What You Will Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for working with other crew members to provide top quality services for our customers. These services include: weekly lawn mowing, seasonal cleanups, weeding, snow and ice management, etc. The Landscape Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with Crew Leader(s)
- Notifying Crew Leader(s) of issues needing attention on customer properties
- Loading/unloading equipment and materials necessary to complete the days route
- Operating landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Operating equipment to clear snow and ice from properties during winter operations
Requirements
Prior experience working as a Landscape Maintenance Technician is preferred, but not required. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule in the event of inclement weather, delays out of our control or a heavy workload.
