At Modern Mane & Co., we value every client and appreciate your trust in us. To help us provide the best experience possible and respect the time of both our guests and stylists, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.

🤎 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
• No-call/no-show appointments will require a non-refundable $50 deposit before booking another appointment.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the inability to schedule future appointments at our salon.

🤎 New Client & Extended Service Deposits
To ensure we reserve the appropriate amount of time for your service, all new clients booking blonding services, color corrections, extensions, or other extended appointments will be required to place a non-refundable $50 deposit when booking.

This deposit will be applied toward your final service total at checkout. If an appointment is canceled without proper notice or results in a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

🤎 Long Appointment Services
Certain services, including color corrections, blonding transformations, extensions, and other appointments requiring significant time, may require larger deposits due to the amount of time reserved.

🤎 Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted or your appointment to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests.
