It’s been a little while since our last market update so what’s going on in our area? There are only 1,047 homes for sale in Gwinnett County. That’s down from 2,683 at the same time last year. Median days on the market? Only 8. My last clients saw 9 homes and put in offers on 3 over a 6 week period before finally landing their purchase.
