Calming Your Inner Sonic the Hedgehog: Guided Relaxation for Reducing Fidgeting | Small Online Class for Ages 6-11 In this one-time class, students will learn skills for coping with ADHD behaviors such as fidgeting and hyperactivity, through guided relaxation, mindfulness, and controlled breathing.

At Ah-Ha! Tutorial, we work with students in all subjects between grades K through 12. The goal of individualized tutoring is to increase a student’s confidence, so they walk into the classroom feeling their best. Our sessions are interactive and engaging with the primary goal of developing mastery of the subject. Each lesson is customized to a student’s individual needs. We use a multi-sensory approach that includes making flow charts, creating graphic organizers, demonstrating real-world examples, and requesting frequent student feedback to ensure understanding of the concepts.

Social emotional learning (SEL) is our pillar that is bridge with educational development to build confident and free-thinking learners. SEL is the building skills to develop healthy identities; manage emotions; achieve personal and collective goals; feel and show empathy for others; establish and maintain supportive relationships; and make responsible and caring decisions.
