JUST ANNOUNCED! Next Saturday, December 10, 4-6pm, Susana Millman will be in the OCS signing copies of her new book, "Alive with the Dead: A Fly on the Wall with a Camera", a collection of Grateful Dead photos and stories. Having spent over 25 years with Jerry and company, Millman's tome provides a visual history of the band and offers her personal narrative on what life was like in their inner circle. Paul Kamm will also be on hand to provide music while guests mingle. All of you Deadheads, come on out! Entry is FREE.

On Saturday Dec. 3, the Off Center Stage will hold a very special screening of one of the most acclaimed movies featured at the 2016 Nevada City Film Festival. Of Shark And Man tells the harrowing true story of a man whose determination to escape his hum-drum life lead him to seek out one of nature's most magnificent beasts, the mighty Bull Shark, What happened next might surprise you.
