Why is Grounding important? What even is grounding? All of these being great questions! Let’s jump in!

In simple terms, you’re connecting your body with the earth’s electrical field by contacting directly to the earth’s surface. Such as walking barefoot, being knee deep in the garden, or soaking up the sun on the beach! The idea is that our bodies are designed to flow with the earth’s natural energy fields. Have you ever noticed how great you feel when you are in nature?

When we get grounded for even 20-30 minutes a day, this simple and easy act can be highly beneficial to the body I encourage you to get out and spend some time in nature!

My amazing mother sent this to me this morning. I actually tried posting it several times today and each time there had been technical difficulties ( go figure 🫠) I love how God makes everything work out for our good, and I mean EVERYTHING. So if you get entangled with past stuff remember YOU are anointed because of what you have gone through. This pic encouraged me so much today. If you have a warrior friend then remind them that their future looks bright because the past has equipped them for the greater things yet to come 💪🏽😇🙌🏽💕
