Today, we proudly celebrate the years of dedicated service from our incredible fire department team members. Through every call, challenge, and emergency, your courage and commitment have kept our community safe. Thank you for your unwavering service and sacrifice.

We are excited to have it and look forward to putting it into service. You will notice it says "Engine 8" on the back door, and while we do not have eight fire stations, we work closely with our NEFDA partners and are making minor tweaks to our apparatus numbering to work better together.

These dedicated professionals demonstrate courage, leadership, and resilience every day, serving our community with unwavering commitment. DELAYED OPENING - Wednesday, January 28

All City offices and facilities (including The REC, Library, and Animal Shelter) will operate from 10am to 8pm on Wednesday, January 28.

Potential CLOSURES - Saturday, January 24 -

We will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the weekend. A decision will be announced (here) by 9:30am on Saturday, January 24, regarding whether The REC, the Grapevine Public Library, and the Animal Shelter will open with a delayed start at 12pm or remain closed to ensure the safety of our employees and patrons.
