Grapevine Faith Creative Arts Department

Recently, four of our Speech and Debate team members competed in the National Speech & Debate Meet.

Owen Little came home as a quarterfinalist in prose interpretation, placing in the top 30 of 250 competitors in the US.

Speech Captain Zane Duffy continued to impress, becoming a double-octafinalist. Zane and Owen also competed in Duo Interpretation, placing in the top third nationally!

Lastly, supplemental members Josh and Carson competed in expository speaking and extemporaneous debate, respectively. Both received positive feedback and strong results.

Give these guys your congratulations the next time you see them; they have worked so hard this summer!

We're proud of our Art and Digital Media students for competing this weekend in the State VASE competition in San Marcos!

Congratulations to Zane Duffy on earning 2nd place at the final District Rotary competition AND being named the Overall Individual TAPPS 5A Academic State Champion.
