Conner Fields Brewing

Today is the day before the final major concrete pour.

I’m pretty torched and my knees are jelly, but I’ve got an incredible team coming in to help get this stage across the finish line tomorrow.

This morning it really hit me how significant this walkway is.

It’s not just another concrete pour. It’s the path to something bigger. Every person who comes here to share beers, conversations, meals, and experiences will walk down it.

It’s a strange thing building a brand, a restaurant, a brewery, whatever this all becomes. Sometimes those things feel very very temporary. This place feels different.

It’s a little weird, kind of like me, but there’s something special about taking an idea out of your head and bringing it to life with your own hands. The building, and everything that went into it, will be here long after I’m gone. Hopefully the footsteps keep coming for years to come.

This property is an ongoing project, just like our lives. There are a lot of chapters left, and I’m excited to keep chasing what’s next.

But for now, I’m pretty stoked to turn the page and have a beer with all of you.
