Three Rivers Transition Center

Our students put their culinary skills to the test yesterday. They were assigned the task to make a perfect, fully loaded omelette breakfast. They excelled at this task and really got into the "Art" of cooking. They were very detail oriented through the whole process of the cook and delivered BEAUTIFUL omelettes, they also demonstrated great presentations of plating skills.

In Jeannie's signature pioneer spirit, our staff and students were taught how to prepare a foil dinner, buried in coals, and easy to cleanup. 🤠
