We talk about Low Ego as a core value. Leadership and Self-Deception is one of the books that shaped what that means to us.

The idea is simple in theory, though difficult in practice. When we stop seeing the people around us as people, and start seeing them as obstacles or tools, we can create the very friction we blame on everyone else. The book calls it being "in the box."

The harder part: we rarely notice when we're doing it.

Good teams stay honest about this. It's part of how we try to show up for each other and for clients.

Some of our favorite work happens away from the screen.

This last Friday, the C2 team took some time to volunteer at IKUS Special Needs Camp, where we painted some of their camp buildings as part of a service project.

It was a good reminder of why we do what we do, as well as who we get to do it with.

It's been a great time at inVest48 this week.

We've had lots of excellent discussions around member experience, production velocity, and durable automation.

It is exciting to bring value to CUs and their members!
