PT1 at The Intersection was a huge success and I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to put together a show that highlighted black music in a different way than Grand Rapids is used to. We brough and to the city that sits right in the middle and made people dance. Im eternally grateful to BoogieVeli deva Jalen Saddler and Joshua Turner for being a part of my first event and set that I've organized at the Mint. From spinning in the basement to bringing Detroit greats to spin for my community, I feel like my progress in this is only thanks the family I've created over the past 3 years.
