Hello biggest loser challengers, tonight is out last group workout! Be ready for a high intensity night. Also, don't forget to bring a healthy passing dish of your choice and the recipe to go with it if it isn't already in your cookbook. We have limited refridgerator space but we so have a microwave available. If you see this before tonight please post what you are bringing so we do t have doubles. See you all tonight !!! :)

Stay motivated. Big day today competing with the biggest loser alumni ! We will be meeting out in the back lot unless it is raining for some friendly team fitness games :) hope to see all of you there current and alumni challengers .

Just somthing to think about when you are writing up or deciding how to workout! American college of sports medicine posted this on their forum (it is from an accredited source). Interesting results to a study they did.
Cardio first? Strength training first? It doesn’t matter. You can hit the weights or the stationary bike first and be confident that your fitness won't suffer.
