Originally from the Los Angeles area, Christian began his career at Charles Schwab almost a decade ago, focusing on investment management. Over time, he realized that some of the most important financial questions had nothing to do with the market. This realization shifted his focus to financial planning which considers his clients' lives beyond a portfolio & a benchmark.

Christian finds the most satisfying work with pre-retirees. Having recently retired parents, Christian understands retirement is a sensitive emotional and financial life transition. Because poor financial choices or missed opportunities are irreversible, retirees can feel anxious during a time when they should be fully present to spend more time with family or on personal interests. What Christian loves most about planning is that it encourages clients to confidently say "yes" to more of the things important to them, while building protection around anything that could derail their plans.

That is why Christian feels connected to Lifeworks' mission to empower clients to Live Intentionally. Before formally joining, he saw firsthand how the Lifeworks platform efficiently provides a deep level of planning. This allows him to focus on what he does best: changing lives through conversations and advice rather than worrying about the numerous other responsibilities of operating an advisory business. Though he could have joined many independent firms, the decision to join Lifeworks was unequivocal.

Christian is married to Stephanie and has a daughter Sophia (2). When he is not working, he is setting goals for weightlifting or his 5k time. He also enthusiastically claims that he will be the most occupied retiree, given his numerous other interests like fishing, pencil drawing, guitar, and reading philosophy & fiction. His guilty pleasure is playing video games until midnight, because he is human too… But above all else, he loves to adventure and make memories with his family.
