🌱 Our Community Garden is Ready! 🌿

We’re excited to kick off another growing season at Streams, Healthy Neighborhood Hub — and even more excited to start planting in our brand new greenhouse too! 🌻🍅🥬

Our community garden is prepped and ready, bringing neighbors together to grow fresh food, learn new skills, and build a healthier community. The new greenhouse means even more opportunities to extend the season and grow together year-round.

It’s Volunteer Appreciation Week, and we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible individuals who serve in our Food Center at Streams 💛

Week after week, you show up with compassion, dedication, and a willingness to meet people right where they are. Whether you’re stocking shelves, greeting guests, packing food, or simply offering a kind word—you are making a real difference in our community.

Because of you, families are fed, burdens are lightened, and hope is shared.
