Tuff Automation

This week we are sending out some conveyors early so our customers can begin building their system and save time on the overall system assembly. We've still got significant work to validate the more complicated curves and transfers, but we were able to move the straight sections ahead to help their team begin their wiring and setup.

This week we had a customer runoff at our facility for the second round of strand that handle heating/cooling unit heat exchangers. The product is both fragile and sharp, which was a complex application to protect the part during conveyance and our equipment from excessive wear to minimize

Our team is polishing up two Motor for runoff on our equipment where our customers are doing their own controls. We've got a set of Motor starters, Lenz VFDs, and IO block connections to validate any sensors and motors we provide our customers with the equipment!
