One of my favorite moments in a project is when a client realizes what's possible.

They've often been living in the same space for years, so it's completely natural to see the home as it is today rather than what it could become.

One of my favorite examples is a Tudor renovation we completed for a blended family of eight. The original basement had very low ceilings, the garage wasn't functioning as well as it could, and the layout no longer supported the way the family lived. At first, those challenges simply felt like part of the house.

Then we started exploring ideas, reviewing plans, and looking at possibilities.

The garage became a kitchen. The lower level became a place where the family could gather, entertain, and spend time together. Spaces that once felt limiting began to feel full of opportunity.

That's when the conversation gets really fun, because we're helping clients see their home in a completely new way.
