This pie is a unique blend of sweet coconut and smoky BBQ burnt ends, all topped with BBQ sauce. Perfectly weird and wonderful!

The Piehole Project raises funds for restaurant industry grants by auctioning pies crafted by top local chefs. Since 2020, theyโ€™ve auctioned off 243 pies and raised over $60,000 for culinary education and nonprofit organizations.
