Black Pepper-Maple Glazed Burnt-End pork belly, served over a pear slaw dressed with a light garlic citrus dressing with toasted walnuts & finished with a dallop of pickled mustard seeds.

8 oz. cold smoked Filet Mignon seasoned with a house steak seasoning and cooked to desired temperature. Served over a peach reduction with a side of a tomato and grilled corn succotash and salsa verde.
