RPS Protection

We are looking for reliable Security Guards for a Warehouse/Distribution Center and a Retail Store in Warren. Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, observant, able to communicate effectively, and possess excellent customer service skills. Schedule is flexible but includes overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Protect client’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Interact with client’s employees, vendors, and customers/guests in a professional manner
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Respond to medical emergencies

Requirements

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- If post requires driving company vehicle, valid drivers license with good driving record
