If a company thinks you’d be a good fit for their product, then the company would send you a request asking where that company could send the product(s) for you to review, give the company some feedback. (Why send the message through some half-wit asking you to contact the company at the main account? But I digress…)

Anyway…

Then you and the company would negotiate expectations and compensation for you advertising the product(s) from there.

And a discount for you to buy the product (maybe designating you as a “brand ambassador”) is not reasonable compensation for you to sell the product.
