New message up on the quote board and I wanted to share it here too. Mid-week reminder to take a step back, breathe, and remind yourself that it's okay to have "one of those days". It's okay to "fall apart". You are still valuable & important. You are still loved. 💜

This might seem like a simple (and goofy) picture, but it actually tugged at my heart strings a bit. Many of you know about John's accident from a couple years ago. He has had ongoing various treatments that each have helped in their own way. Personally it had been amazing to see how Cranialsacral Therapy had helped not only with this accident recovery physically & emotionally, but also it's helped with PTSD from his time in the army. So seeing him back working with Eyan is a personal progress report showing how effective CST is & kind of makes me want to shout it from the rooftops (pun intended 🙊)
