Come enjoy the sound of giant crystal bowls this Friday 6/7 from 7 pm to 8 pm. Sound baths are a wonderful way to ease anxiety and stress. The sounds of the bowls and gong cannot be predicted by the mind. This focuses the brain on the sound allowing all else to fade to the background, leaving space for blissful relaxation. Join us every other Friday from 7pm to 8pm. There is a personal investment of $22 , no experience necessary.
