I’ve had a client scenario eating at me, keeping me up at night, filling all the moments of quiet. Fallen arches in the feet, tight external rotators in the hip and pain showing up in the knees. There is so much complexity in the body and this is the fascination that fuels me! Spent the morning with all my favorite books , trail guide to the body, my notebook and flow charts.
