HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Having trouble getting started? Set realistic goals with whatever feels comfortable. Try going on a 10-minute walk sometime each day or being active for 30 minutes one or two days a week to start. Once you get comfortable with your new exercise routine, you can increase with an additional 5 or 10 minutes to your existing sessions or another day to your routine.

If you already started “I LOVE THAT FOR YOU” Keep going don’t stop & make it a Fantastic year!!!
