De un “no se puede”… a dueño de casa. 🏡
Hace varios meses comenzamos a trabajar con el Sr. Navarrete. Su caso era complejo: tiene permiso de trabajo y un ingreso por hora muy bueno, pero su ingreso anual no siempre cuadraba para los bancos porque algunos meses viaja a México a ver a su familia.
Después de varios intentos, no nos rendimos.
Logramos conseguirle un grant de $2,500 para ayudar con el enganche y hoy el Sr. Navarrete ya es dueño de su casa. 🔑
Gracias también a su agente Aura Castro, quien negoció 3% de contribución del vendedor y además $6,000 de reducción en el precio después de la inspección.
