Funny story about both of these recent closings, both are with Marines I had served with. One in my reserve unit, and the other....Well back in bootcamp my platoon sabotaged another platoons squad bay, we got away with no repercussions, Hotel Company on the other hang got obliterated . It was not until FOUR years later I hop on a call with a Marine I have never met before, looking to make their first home purchase. And we connect the dots that it was HIS platoon we had sabotaged. And now I had the chance to make it up to him and help him with his home purchase. 😂
